grocery store find?

Anyone know what these are? All it said was "chile pepper product of mexico". It has about the same heat as a jalapeno but pretty thin walled.

Looks like what is commonly sold here as "gypsy peppers" - usually we get them out of Michigan.  White-ish, relatively thick walled with heat bordering upon jalapeno levels.
 
Down here in Tucson the SM called caribe peppers. Being from the Caribbean I've never personally sn this before. However they do pack a punch better then jalapeño.
