indoor-growing Grow tent and light?

Hello again! I currently have a thread going about how to start my Hydroponics setup, now I am looking a bit further ahead.
 
Would a grow tent be worth it if light pollution isn't an issue? Like to keep temps and humidity in check? And as protection for the floor if a bucket leaks.
 
Would a 4ftx4ft be big enough for four 5 gallon buckets with super hot peppers? Or should I just spend the extra and get a 5ftx5ft or 6ftx6ft?
 
What kind of light would be good if I get a tent, or don't get a tent for that matter?

I grow indoors with no tent and haven't had any problems with temp or humidity.  I've got a dog crate tray on the floor to catch any spills or leaks.
 
I use an HLG-100 and really like it.

3000 lumens per square foot of plant canopy will get fruit, tent or no tent.

I think the tent is a worthwhile investment. Definitely not required.
