Hi everyone, registered to read up a bit because I'd like to make a hot sauce from Habanero peppers. I already grow and pickle Jalapeños I fell in love with in Mexico.
Recently ran into Yellowbird Habanero sauce at Austin airport and was just blown away by how good it was. Issue is getting it in Europe so I'll just make my own!
