Once a plant reaches maturity and flowers will it continue to grow bigger. I know it will focus on fruits but if I pick them will the plant still grow bigger.

If I overwinter a plant and let it go dormant will it grow bigger next season?

Any other tips. I grew them in doors and started too early I had to keep them in smaller pots until yesterday. I planted them in the flowerbeds. They were root bound and flowering.

I'll take this one. Just pick off the flower buds you can safety pick without pinching any foliage or tips. The plants will then put their energy into growing bigger.
