growing issue

I have some 7-pods that are not growing, they are about a foot tall. Looks healthy. I am growing indoors, so bugs are not an issue, and water is fine. So is food an issue? If so what should I give them. Or do they need warmer area then room temp?

What about lighting? Indirect sunlight may be enough to keep the plant alive but it will not grow well. Do you have it under any supplemental lighting?

Other than that more information or pictures are needed to help. How warm is the room it is in? Do you use any ferts? How often do you water? Too much fertilizer or water can be more harmful to the plant than not enough.

It's coming winter and sunlight is reduced. Chiles require lots of light to grow.
