Growing Question?

I bought a Carolina Reaper growing kit, and I now have 6 sprouted plants. How do I need to go about splitting them up at this stage? I have attached a pic.

That is a big enough container that you could even wait until each plant has two sets of true leaves before transplanting. What you see now are 'false' leaves or seed leaves, also called cotyledons. The root structure and stem will be far sturdier if you wait another week or two for leaves to form before removing them.

Been reading here for a while, just finally decided to join. Thanks for the info, I'll definitely wait a bit before o try to separate them.
