Growth has stopped

I have a few late starts that are still inside under lights. Up until about a week ago they were exploding with height and new leaves and then ask of a sudden they just stopped. I'm using 4 T12 GE plant and aquarium lights about 12hrs on and off. When I feed, I feed with a mix of fox farms grow big and cal mag mixed to the mfg. Specs on the labels. Ph is in the 6-6.5 range. Anything else you guys need to know just ask. I will post pics once I get out of class.
 
pics??? Depending on what size of pot they're in, they could be starting to become rootbound, meaning they won't grow any bigger until you pot up a size.
 
I will get y'all pics in a couple hours. I don't think they are root bound, I have them in clear cups so I could monitor root development. Some of them have larger root balls then others, yet they all have seemed to stop.
 
The tap root may not have enough depth, which I assume would still be considered root bound just not around the sides. A thought.
