Picked this sauce up (on sale) when I noticed Hot Cherry Chile Peppers were high up on the ingredients list. It is hotter than I expected and actually tastes very good, I might make some chicken or pork with it soon. I may doctor it with some of my own peppers to make it a bit hotter, but the flavor is great for a cheap BBQ/Wok sauce and I have a hard time finding BBQ sauces (NOT hot sauce) with enough heat to them to get it into the meat without cooking off. I must say I did not have faith in Guy Fieri!
Forgot to mention, a lot of what is good is the chunks of cherry peppers, normally a thin BBQ sauce is smoother consistancy but this one has treats!
