cuisines Habanero Coconut Shrimp Sauce

yada yada is simple coconut milk, coconut cream, sugar to sweeten, pinch of curry, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, splash of vanilla, and of course pinch of salt then blender in one small ripe Habanero into the sauce cook on medium heat until simmers add pinch of baking powder to thicken, this is excelent recipe i use as a dipping sauce for coconut fried shrimp i made it myself so i dont know what it might be called, youll have to portion it yourself to taste but in spirit of friendly gatherings i play things down and make the sauce have a darring hint of spice but not over doing it as helps increase the over all flavor and exsperiance, now that ive told you my recipe i hope that i can find some good recipes for these exotic peppers that are not so common in most cook books as always most things are best with a tempeture control so is not even always nesacary to go over board with the heat, alright then
