Hi guys, I purcased some seeds a while back and planted them and today got my first fruit. It tastes just like a red hab but I found it much MUCH sweeter with a good amount of heat that lingered for a while. Only thing I'm wondering is what is this pepper exactly? Is it a hybrid of some kind and if so, a hybrid of what.
The fruit is kind of flat or compressed and the skin is fairly smooth. It was a very dark green when unripe and it took for ever to ripen up...

I've never heard of a paper lantern but after googling, I'll agree. Looks like it. I really like this pepper. It might just be one of my favorites so far.
