chinense Habanero sauce!

Habanero  sauce!
After all the superhot peppers, I decided to pop open old faithful today after letting it sit for months.
Still good of course, but I had forgot how good it was, even though after the super hots, it did not seem that hot.
It had great flavor, to the point I thought of using it as a soup. lol
 
I can relate, I had a guy bring in a big bag of habs to work this past Monday that he picked since he was clearing out his greenhouse and they were looking at me like I was nuts because I was popping them like pretzels.  Kind of like how the Thai waitresses stare at me like I have six heads when I dine at a Thai restaurant.
