Habs ?

Got these from the Greenhouse today, they said the reds are suposed to be Habaneros and the yellow scotch bonnet, they did not know the types for some reason.
Biggest one is about 2.5 to 3 inches diameter.
??

My search has shown Congo Trinidad and Burkina Yellow. ?

The reason they don't know the exact type is bc only big-time chile nerds like us make a million different distinctions for certain bloodlines and pedigrees of Scotch Bonnets. But yeah, I'd say the yellow ones are Bonnets. Probably not the African variant called Burkina SBs bc those tend to be more attenuate and pointy at the end, plus they're not exactly a common strain... But I guess they could be, but I bet they're just some kinda generic Yella Bonnets with Jamaican origins...

The red ones could be any number of things but it's most likely a Hab/Congo type. How hot are they? I think that Congo Trinidad is a pretty good guess. They look a lot like the pictures for a Congo-type in the CARDI catalog that they seek as "Moruga Red," not to be confused with the Moruga Scorpion... Which is unlikely, unless that nursery orders seeds from CARDI. Congo Trinidads are super common, though, even if most ppl are just gonna call them Red Habs.
They look delicious, regardless.
