I bought some huge banana peppers and Jalapenos to stuff today. The banana peppers are at least 10" long, maybe I should do chili rellenos with those.

On the smoker too.....AND I'm trying Shake-N-Bake chicken wings on there too, depending on how crunchy they come out I'll dip/baste in Buffalo sauce.

ABT's are stuffed with cream cheese, Mexican 3 cheese mix and Mozzarella seasoned with this rub, everyone needs to try this rub at least once.
