yes 2018 was a great year. i discovered this place in 2018! 
Yup great minds sir, almost put Knob Creek Smoked Maple Bourbon in mine but opted for triple sec... brioche bread ftw!

Happy New Year everyone!
January 2019 we will be having Uranus going direct (it's been retrograde since summer) and no retrograde planets for the rest of the month assuring an awesome start to the year.
Also, In February, we ring in the year of the Pig that is the final year of the 12 year Chinese calander cycle which brings many things to a close.
Whether you believe in Astrology or not, 2019 will definitely be better than 2018. At least for me.

I found out from my sister yesterday that my nephew the chef's assistant over in what I guess is the equivalent of a ritzy-titzy bar & grill over in Fargo has been stealthing my chokecherry/rocoto jam into some of the recipes....apparently the head chef would like to chat....
