vendor Has anyone ordered from www.worldshottestchiles.com ???

Has anyone ever successfully ordered from worldshottestchiles.com? I took a chance and made an order, because I saw that they (supposedly) had 7 Pot Bubblegum x Pimenta de Neyde fresh pods in stock. I wanted to get seeds for these anyway, so I figured I'd just order fresh pods to try them out & get seeds at the same time.

I also ended up tossing in some fresh Yellow and Red Carolina Reaper pods just for the hell of it before placing my order.

However, I've heard nothing at all from the seller.... no shipping confirmation, and they aren't answering my emails asking about the order. 

I used PayPal & a credit card, and it appears my credit card has been charged, but the PayPal transaction seems to still be stuck in a Pending state.

I'm just wondering if anyone has any positive or negative experiences with this website and whether or not I should try to reverse the transaction with PayPal.

Just an update. Communication with this seller wasn't great (very slow to respond to emails), but after getting in touch with me eventually, they let me know that 2 of the 3 items I ordered were out of stock. I requested a refund through PayPal, and it took another week or so, but the seller did issue me a refund.

So, overall: slow communication, but I got my money back.
