Have Uba Tuba; would like Brazilian Starfish

Hi Chileheads,

I grew Uba Tuba (Christmas Bells) this year with seed I got from NMSU Chile Pepper Institute. They grew well and attracted a lot of attention from non-chileheads (good way to introduce more people to our addiction). Next year I'd like to grow the Starfish, again because it looks attractive. Can someone recommend a source for Starfish seeds? I've saved seeds from the Uba Tubas (open pollinated) and could trade if anyone has surplus Starfish seeds. Thanks for any info you care to post or PM me.

I'm not growing any starfish, but in my search for seeds came across this site which has MANY seeds including starfish. First time i've seen a starfish. Very unique indeed. They're in the UK and I've never ordered from them, but perhaps someone else on the site can vouch for their authenticity. Good Luck!

Hammer, I read somewhere this weekend that Uba Tuba and Bishop's Crown are one and the same.

I've already had a kind offer of some Starfish seeds. Thanks to all!

Bishop's Crown stay that light green color. They do not mature to Red at all. Actually when they mature they get like a brown streak on them. Uba Tuba turns red (hence Christmas Bell). They look very similar but are a bit different. Just food for thought for ya!
