It's great to meet people with the same interests at forums.
It turned out that Ed from Hawgboyzbbq lives about 1/2 mile from my workplace, he invited me over to sample some smoked meat, and how could a right minded person refuse that?
He had some racks of ribs going that looked good enough for a food commercial, I was wiping the frozen drool from my chin.
we talked a little while and he sent me home with a few lbs of pulled pork and another bag with beef that was fantastic just by itself,(believe me I tried it before making the sandwiches) very great smoky flavor, and it left me with trying whatever I wanted to kick it up heat wise.
Just wanted to say,
