Good review,
I met Nicole last year at a Chile Festival and bought a lot of the original Mauvais Sang. She had an open bottle as a taster and I loved it. Last years batch is a little different, and it has extract. It is noticeable, but there is not a disgusting metallic taste like other sauces. From my label:
Ingredients:
Dorset Naga and Chocolate Habanero Puree, Cider Vinegar, Agave Nectar, Lime, Coriander, Natural Capsacin, Sea Salt.
I don't use it directly as a sauce. I add a little of it to a large puddle of Soy Sauce to dip my dinner in. I still have three bottles left, but will probably have to order a bottle or 2 of the new stuff.
