My review of, Heartbreaking Dawns Lemon Ice Aji Pepper Sauce:
Ingredients:
Pineapple, Aji Lemon Peppers, vinegar, water, garlic, onion, sugar, lemon flavor, ginger.
This is a sweet sauce, dominated by the pineapple flavor, with a little kick from the Aji's. It is not very hot, but it is not advertised as such. I didn't have a chance to try it on Ice Cream, but it goes very well with Fish. It is very tasty on fried Bluefish. My only complaint is the thickness. It has an apple sauce like consistency. A fine sauce overall.
