I love heat! I grow peppers, collect hot sauces from all over the world (my current favorite is Baron West Indian), and my all time favorite pepper for flavor is the yellow Scotch Bonnet.
This past summer I grew Beni Highland, Billy Goat, Bhut Jolokia, Devil's Tongue, Chocolate Habanero, Red Savina, Lemon Drop, Peter Red, Shishito, and many yellow Scotch Bonnets. This is just a few - actually.
I also am an avid forager when time permits. Wild mushrooms are tops but also pick asparagus, ramps, burdock, and cattails (so darn good), to name a few.
I have only made hot sauce once or twice, as I seem to eat, dry, freeze, or share my peppers!
