heat matts

Hydrofarm mats are pretty good and come in several different sizes; not sure about measurements but mine fits two flats perfectly. I bought my mat on Ebay (new) for around $30 including shipping.
 
If you want to save some money, there are other alternatives.

If you have a gas stove, there is a pilot-light underneath the surface of the burners that is constantly lit. Just sit your seed tray on top of the stove and it will keep them slightly warmed in the same way a heat-mat would.
