Heating my grow area?

My grow area is 2' x 4', enclosed with emergency blankets. I have 4 t8 fluoros for lighting, and a fan. What is the best, cost effective way to raise the "air" temp by 10 to 15 degrees?

u could go with a heat mat $25 or what about some rope lights they will raise the temp

I decided to drop a 100-watt light bulb just above the fluoros. The fan is on the floor blowing upwards. I'll have to keep an eye on the temp, and subsequent drying out.

I tend to the more light and plants option on heating. Works well until you need to cool things down... then it gets expensive
