Hei from Fort Collins, by way of Finland

Hei, by the way is kind of like "howdy"

I working with a girlfriend (From Finland), developing her mother's hot mustard recipe. Now, before you get all Chile Pepper on my arse, we're working on perfecting our "twice bitten" recipe, which uses Hungarian Hot Pepper and Chipotle. Good Stuff, Maynard!

Just checkin' out the scene. We entered the Scovies this year, and are looking forward to getting our product moving!

Cheers!

Hei again Kat,
checked out the site and I will be in collins on the 14th "Sundance Bluegrass & Chili Cookoff" Looks like thats the last weekend of the old town market too huh ? I will try and get by to be bitten...twice. The Mustard looks good, anxious to try it. I had some of that "drunken mother glazed ham stuff at Easter this year and it was.......oh wait...drunken mustard.... never mind :-)
oh yeah whats up with SISU?

Sisu is Finnish for, well, closest translation, I think of the Marine battle cry "Ooh-rah". It means someone/thing that has guts, strength, determination....

Hillbilly...If you do make it down for the market, you have to check out the Choka Man! He's got a salsa-ish product called "death by choka"....good stuff! He only sells it locally...make sure you grab some!

Stop by and try the Mustard! I may or may not be at that market...we switch off. (I'm merely the senior condiment advocate)

Thanks Anija,
That Choka stuff sounds great and I would like to pick up some of the twice bitten mustard too. I'll try and get by, but the cookoff setup is at 9:00 and the awards are givin at 4:15. Is the market anywhere near Raintree Dr? Its a benefit for the Fort Collins Senior Center...if you know where that is?

Market is about 3 miles away...and runs 8-12, but I may wander down that way, and bring some stuff along afterwards!
Cheers
