Name is Ken and I've been growing peppers for about three years now, mostly jalapenos and some hot thai peppers (beautiful reds in those). I was recently introduced to the famed Carolina Reaper and used it with amazing success to make the perfect hot beef jerky..I was hooked and am this year trying to grow my own. I have plenty of questions and ideas to share as well.
