Hi. My name is Elijah. Im new here. Im about 3 years in on my hot sauce hobby, learning and working my way to start selling my hot sauces. Last year I started growing my own peppers and creating sauces out of them. My goal is to have 5 solid sauces sent out to be tested and cleared for production before becoming legit. I am also a chef at a local owned restaurant here in Rockford. Cooking has been my passion for some time and the knowledge of flavor combination has helped me this far make some pretty tasty sauces. I am glad to join this comunity and hope to learn so much more l.
