Hello from Atlanta

I've been lurking this forum and many other hotsauce/chilehead sites on the net for years. I've been making my own hot sauce for a couple of years and have a pretty good collection. Over 70 bottles at this time. I usually throw away a few every couple weeks of my regular users but I like to keep a bottle of those that are worthy. I'll post pics of what I have. I tell all my friends that travel to get me a bottle of something wherever they go. I've gotten some odd, rare and interesting sauces over the years.

I've grown some peppers but not at my current place. I plan on growing this spring.

Thanks. I've been getting a little bored with the heat levels of most of my sauces. I've read a lot about your sauces and most everyone around here loves them. I did some tasting of the couple extract sauces I have a couple nights ago and realize that my tolerance is much higher than it used to be. What was once a toothpick is now a good bit on a tsp. I'm sure some DEFCON sauce is in my future. What would you recommend to start with?
