Hello everyone

I have a few Carolina Reaper growing quite well but I notice there are a lot of white specks on the underside of the leaves. These are not aphids or white flies. I know what those look like. These specks areglues to the leaves. They wouldnt come off when I use my finger nail to remove them. Is it normal for this kind of pepper? Does anyone have the same problem?

Do those white spots on the underside of the leaves feel granular? Kinda like sleep sand from the corners of your eyes? If so it might be overwatering that's causing it.
