Hey there, Soren here from Denmark... and let's make something clear right away: No, Denmark is NOT the capitol of Sweden, nor a province in Germany. It's a small country in Scandinavia, and yes - it IS actually possible to grow chiles in Scandinavia.
I've been growing chiles for about 5 years now - the past 3 in a greenhouse, which greatly enhances the growing season in our somewhat cooler climate (well, cooler than Mexico and US southern states, anyway).
This year, I'm growing Jalapeño Early, Tabasco, Cayenne Purple, Thai Red Dragon, Pepperoncini, Omnicolor, Hungarian Hot Wax and a whole lot of other exciting varieties.
Check out my Facebook-album of the 2009-season right here!
Looking forward to getting to know you guys and learn a bunch og new stuff from you
