Hello from Hungary!

Welcome to THP.  While living in Germany, there was a Hungarian immigrant who ran a guest house.  We dated for a bit and I visited her home country on vacation. You have a beautiful country filled with warm people. People who can drink great huge volumes of wine and leave this American flat on his face.  Oh damn those where the days.

I'm making a goulash today!! :)
Welcome aboard shipmate from Murrells Inlet SC
Thank you!
A gulyás only good spice! ;)

And another welcome from South Carolina, Laszlo. I grew some Hungarian peppers this year for the first time. Last week I made some paprika using Szegedi 80 and Kurtovska Kapija. The powder is sweet with no heat. I am pleased with it. Now I need to find a recipe for goulash.
