I'm rather new to growing hot peppers - did some jalapenos and some mildly hot pepperoncini (??thin walled light green, the label said jalapeno but alas they were not!) along with a very hot mystery pepper that I gave away. I am looking to grow some asian types for use in Thai and Indian cooking. I'm sure I will be asking some questions of you all!
