Hello from Panama!

Hi!  I am retired and live in Panama.  I have been growing peppers for the last several years and decided to join so I could learn more about it and maybe make some friends.  It is currently the rainy season in Panama and the weather has been extremely over-cast which has not been so great for my peppers.  Lots of problems.  At any rate, Panama is the home of the Chombo pepper.  Chombo peppers are very closely related to the famous Scotch Bonnet pepper that is common in Jamaica.  We have different colors.  Red and yellow are common.  They are spicey.  We also have numerous sweet Chinense peppers.  Latino's group them and just call all of them Aji Criollo.  I have 3 different variety's growing now, all are part of the C Chinense species I do believe.  They all look like Bonnet peppers to me, some even have a scorpion tail.  They have zero heat.  At any rate- I signed up and hope to get to know some of you over the course of time.  I would like the opportunity to trade some seed if I can as well.  Thanx in advance.
