Hello from Perth, Australia!

Hey everyone,

I am fairly new to growing, the father and I decided it would be a good experience to start growing chillies to make sauces, flavoring and to learn about the plants more.

My dad has always grown a couple chilli plants here and there but we never really knew what they were called/what strain they were. We didn't ever make anything out of them, just liked to eat them every now and then. It all started when we went down to the local markets and bought a few different seeds from various people.

So far I love growing and making sauces with my dad and I look forward to gaining more knowledge on here and meeting some cool people!  :hell:

G'day mate! :welcome: to the THP forums from South Carolina, USA!! That's a wonderful thing you and your dad can share/spend time together with your pepper projects!! Best of luck with your grows and sauce making. :P

Welcome aboard shipmate!!! Have fun read everything you can in the forum's there is a wealth of information at your fingertips!! :) And don't be afraid to ask questions were all here for each other and you won't find a better community anywhere!!!!

Welcome Cobber, I've got the same scenario with my Dad and it's a great experience.

Other benefits are that two gardens are better than one and leads to higher yields, and a more varied selection.
