Hello from Sacramento

Hi All -
 
I wanted to take this opportunity to introduce myself. As like everyone on this forum, I am an avid hot sauce consumer and have a fairly large collection (when my wife isn't throwing them out to make space for other stuff). I've recently become interested in creating my own hot sauces and I'm not sure why it didn't occur to me earlier! I joined this forum to find some great information on the hobby, pick your brains and share my experiences. So far I've created only two sauces, a fermented fresno, habanero, and grilled pineapple hot sauce and a jalapeno, serano and cucumber hot sauce. Nothing to special but they were good. Anyway, I'm excited to be part of the community and thank you for having me.
