Hello from South Louisiana

Hello everyone! I've stumbled across this forum a few times and it looks like I can definitely learn a thing or two from you fellas!

I've gardened in my backyard for about 10 years and I've always done jalapeños etc. But in the past two years I've moved into Tabasco, Habanero, and other peppers.

I love hot sauce and my home made tabasco sauce is generally loved by all who try it. Hoping to make more soon!

Welcome to The Hot Pepper from The Great White North.

:welcome:  to the THP forums from SC!! As a former Louisianian (Minden/Webster Parish), always great to see another on the forums!! Several great members here from Louisiana...

I bet your sauce is mighty good (I'll always have a place in my heart & table for a good Louisiana/Tabasco style sauce)... certainly check out the sauce making section of the forums!!  Nice to have you here!  :D

:welcome: Hi Cousin! (We're all cousins down there right?) :) Homemade tobasco is so much better because it has more flavor and more heat. The commercial stuff is watered down like 10x.

Hey, where you at man?
