Hello from Tennessee, USA

Hello My Spicy Friends,

While new here, I've been a self-professed chile head for years. I've enjoyed spicy foods ever since I was a child and the enjoyment has only grown since. This year's growing season marked my first into the realm of growing my own hot peppers. It's been a very successful season and my container plants are doing quite well. I went with white habanero, chocolate habanero, moruga scorpion, bhut jolokia, and the Carolina Reaper. All have produced more than I can handle by myself, so I've been bringing some into work and I've been pleasantly surprised by the takers. Most recently, I decided to attempt making some sauces and went with a white habanero and white peach based sauce as well as a chocolate habanero based bbq sauce. Both turned out quite nice and I plan to continue to experiment in small batches. Many of the peppers I've grown, I've dehydrated and pulverized into pepper powder to use while cooking. I've eaten various numbers of them by themselves with the exception of the Carolina Reaper. I've eaten one of those, and that was plenty enough for me. I use them in cooking but have no desire to eat another whole.

At any rate, hello once more to all of you and I look forward to reading all of your stories, vendor feedback, ideas and conversation!

Cheers,

Doc
