Good Evening from San Francisco!

My name is Sarah and i was referred here via a fan on The Bhut jolokia Fan page i created on Facebook. http://www.facebook.com/BhutJolokiaGhostChili

I love all things spicy, love to share my ideas with everyone as well as promoting info from others on the topic. I work with food so my specialty would be more with the cooking aspect of capsaicin. Looking forward to this Forum!

I wouldn't say it's perfect. where I live it often gets too hot, but they do grow pretty damn well. :)

Sarah is a serious chile-head, and eats more bhut jolokia daily than most of us do in a month or better. Her FB page is very popular, and the people are very active in posting chile-madness. Hopefully we can lure her into the ThrowDowns!
