Hello from THE-HAB-HEAD

As you can tell from the title of the post, I like habanero peppers. I cook with them grow them and make a powder from them. I of course grow and use many other kinds of peppers as well. I would be most pleased to share recipes. My specialty is habanero poppers. Beware they are heaven but do not eat too many at once.

Last night I had the TRIPLE HABANERO PIZZA (as featured on Man vs. Food). It wasn't too bad going down, but a bit warm coming out this morning. My favorite habs are the Caribbean Red and Red Savina.
