Hello From Valhalla Ranch in No CA

I'm in the infantile stages of r&d for my spicy-fruity salsa/dip. So far, I have been putting in 8 oz canning jars, however, since it's the most expensive way, I'm curious about plastic containers (if any)
that won't leech into my product, or be damaged by the acidics of my sauce. I see the plastic bottles for salad dressings and ketchup which are acidic but I understand those are custom bottles...
Any feedback on this subject is most welcome.
