Green jalapeno would be a good one.
I like to make salt blends with chunky sea salt and flake or granulated peppers and herbs, then package it in a grinder top spice jar. Grinder jar availability might be an issue right now.
Jalapeno seasoning salt
1320g chunky sea salt
495g jalapeno flakes
220g garlic granulated
110g onion granulated
55g cumin, pwdr or seeds
