Hello to all!

It's about time someone started a site/forum for those who like heat!

I'm a hot pepper/hot sauce affictionado from TN. Nice to see so many chile heads in here.

Like many, I grow my own. This year, I have thais, red habs, chocolate habs, scotch bonnets, and jalapenos...oh, and one cayenne plant.

I look forward to learning from y'all. I'm at that point where I'd like to experiment with hot sauce recipes, since most of the sauces in the stores around here just don't pack much heat. I do have a little stash of scotch bonnet sauce I brought back from Aruba though, but I am running low. Talk about heat!

Anyway, I look forward to interacting with y'all.
