Hello

Hello. Jeff from SC here.
 
I Kind of stumbled across an article about fermenting hot sauce a year or so ago and around the same time someone suggested that i needed a hobby. Started reading about the process and found this place.  Lurked here for months. Finally last week i bit the bullet and ordered some airlock lids. Figured i better create an account here just in case. Im going to do something super simple and basic sometime this week with whatever i can find at local grocery stores. Would eventually like to branch out into growing my own. But im a babysteps kind of person.
