Just found this site recently while researching info about growing peppers. Bought some super hot plants from the nursery (late in the season) and figured Id give it a go. Got a few reaper pods, some ghosts, and lots of peppers on my scotch bonnet plants. Started trying to make hot sauces recently, with some success and some lessons learned. Hoping to learn more, glad to join this community that seems to have a wealth of knowledge.
