Hi, I'm a pepper lover living in Tennessee. I have about 40 plants right now and I'm having trouble deciding which will make the cut to live inside during the winter! I grow mostly in pots due to renting. My current areas of interest are learning to make hot sauce and getting up the nerve to cut down one of my plants to try and make a bonchi. I've read these forums often as my love of peppers has developed over the last few years, and now I finally signed up. Nice to meet you all.
