Hi, just started growing peppers last spring. My plants started dying over the window radiator in the late autumn. I managed to save two of them with an Ikea grow light shelf that my sister gave to me. After that, i got curious about growth light so i started to build my own with led strips. Now i have some seedlings with weird bumps on their stem. Thats why im here.

The first step is admitting you have a problem, step two is joining others and enabling each other year after year. Soon you'll be swimming in pods and looking for ways to hide plants and grow supplies from your spouse. 
Weird bumps on seedling stems? Near the base or near the leaves? Brown woody material or white crystalline water pustules? Could be new roots/nodes attempting to form or could be some edema if on the leaves as well.
