Hello

Hello from Oregon. I've been making hot sauces for years. Last year a friend gave me several gallons of a wide assortment of peppers he'd grown. Unfortunately his labels for the plants had washed off in the rain so it was a mystery blend. Anyway, between tasting them and Google I was able to guess what most were.

The abundance of peppers led me to discover making fermented sauces. I really enjoyed it so this year decided to start growing my own plants. With all my extra time at home recently I discovered the forum and the wealth of information on it. Definitely seemed worth joining.
