Hello!

Hello from Michigan! My name is Juliet, my husband and I are new to hot sauce making as a hobby. We grew superhots for the first time this year and had great success with it yield wise, so hot sauce seemed like a logical step for us to get into. I will probably not post much aside from asking questions on existing threads, but I will definitely be lurking for knowledge!
