Help I.D. of this garden critter

While checking out my favorite Jalokia plant....

I came across this little critter...tossed him/her in a jar and snapped a portrait.

Any one know what it is for sure??
And what,if any, measures I should take to rid myself of any of its relatives that might be lurking near-by?
(My guess is a stink bug of some variety)
Thanks for the assist.

Looks like some kind of green stink bug nymph. They will eat your plant's stems and foliage. There are sprays, dusts, predators and shielding techniques to manage these.

I think that's it....Unleashed...good picture too.
(here's another blurry close up of mine...)

You can just barely make out the orange colors right behind its head.
I've had stink bugs before....but not that looked like this one.
I suppose its time to break out the Sevin dust.
I really hate to use insecticides...not only because of my cats...but also for the honey bee population.
Thanks a lot for the input....
