Help I.D. pepper plant problem

Any idea what this is? The leaves with it curl and the brown/black is only on the veins of the leaves. Some stalks and flowers as you can see.

Make sure it's away from you other plants. Fungus or bacteria. Black is never good. If it was mine flames.

I agree with strat. Bacterial/Fungal. I recommend treating them Bonide Fungal. Heres a link. Or just ebay or amazon search Bonide Copper Fungicide
