see if you can get some pictures of the plant that could help, also what color does it ripen to red? at first glance i want to say just a misfit jalapeno....but then it kind of screams trinidad bean pepper. best of luck man.

OK here it is  cut it open and it smelled hot took a lick and yep pretty damn hot for a little guy..

Looks like mini Serrano. Maybe first pod's of the year or something. Don't know for sure. It looks tasty.
