disease (help identify) Diseases and fungus residing on my Carolina reaper plant!

Hi there! I meed some help identify various diseases and fungus that is currently residing on my Carolina Reaper plant! The pictures are attached are all from one plant, I live in southern Florida so high humidity and heat. Thank you for your help and I'll try to be a responsive as possible. I am new to growing peppers and I am clearly struggling haha. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thank you. I am stumped on the long fuzzy things that look like they have a head that a growing on my plant. When you touch it, it smears like paste. Very strange!

Thank you Bou, I think the white spots are powdery mildew but I'm not sure why there are black specks in the white areas. I'm more concerned about the other pictures! Wtf is that caterpillar looking thing! It's made out of some kind of powdery/creamy substance and smears when touched!

It could be mealybugs. I get them here. I'm about 60 miles west of you.
